Currently, we have manual bank transfer, SenangPay and Paypal. The currency will automatically change to US Dolllars ($) if you choose Paypal.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES & CHARGES?

Yes. 3% fee applies for senangPay transaction & 4.4% fee applies for Paypal transaction.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes. But do keep in mind that you are fully aware of your country’s laws regarding e-liquid/e-cigarette importation before making a purchase in this website. Although we do ship to almost every country in the world, Fcukin’ Flava will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement. Fcukin’ Flava is unaware of the current laws and regulations outside of Malaysia. 
WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE CUSTOMS DUTY - TAX FEES?
The buyer will assume all risk associated with their international purchase. International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees and the customer is responsible for paying these charges.

RETURN & REFUND

I HAD RECEIVED WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases, the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged together with the original receipt. 
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL AS WITHIN THE SHIPPING ESTIMATION TIME / IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I ISSUE A REFUND?

The shipping period stated is an estimation and may arrive earlier or later than expected, therefore no refund can be made for late arrival of shipment. We will follow all details provided to us and we encourage all customers to double check any details given. We will not be responsible for any wrong address given to us for shipment. There would be some unfortunate circumstances during shipment where some parcels may not reach its intended destination due to courier faults in the destination country. Therefore, we encourage all our customers to be aware of the risk on online purchases and local & overseas shipments as we will not be responsible nor issue a refund/replacement for lost shipments .
